Artisan Wood Floor has a long-established heritage in woodworking, handed down through four generations with the essential principle of quality leads to reputation, something only built thru time. We do not advertise, only receiving business through referrals.Our roots date back to 1895 in Europe, where the Braica family started in the wood industry installing window frames. The next generation developed the business into a custom millwork with wood harvested from our family-owned forest, which enabled us to control quality and production. More than 120 years later, the same quality and artisanship formed in the workshop has turned into a legacy in the United States. We started out in Illinois focusing on refinishing flooring and came to Arizona in 2006 to start building our family business into what it is today, a legacy of beauty, quality and craftsmanship. In every project, whether large or small, basic or complex, we always dedicate our attention to quality and customer service.
Come into our showroom to see our thousands of samples of wood, laminate and tile for residential or commercial projects. We offer design services, installation, repair and refinishing in addition to product sales.
Victor Braica
Owner
3rd generation wood worker, 32 years in flooring industry Victor grew up in his father’s woodworking shop. He would run wood through the planer and table saw to prepare it for assembly for custom orders. As he grew older, he worked for a furniture factory which allowed him to successfully hone his skills. He then transitioned to wood flooring and is accredited by the National Wood Flooring Association. Victor started his own company in Illinois and after several years moved to Arizona, where he continued the same philosophies of quality, integrity, and a job well done. He is looking to succe

Accounting
Anca has been in bookkeeping since 2009. She is very detail oriented and has great organizational skills which she is using to help Artisan Wood Floor expand and prosper.
Adrienne Short
Office Coordinator
Adrienne graduated from DePaul University with a degree in Business. She started her career in Chicago in Human Resources. After working there for several years, she moved to Arizona where she helped a wholesale fashion company grow its business through customer service and sales and launch a retail boutique. She has several years of customer service experience across many fields and is looking forward to using her variety of skills and knowledge to increase sales and organization at Artisan Wood Floor.
